Notice of Rule Alteration Application

The RTBU has made application to Fair Work Australia for alterations to Part XV West Australia Branch Specific Rules – Rules 177 and 181 of the rules of the Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union.

A notice in accordance with the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulation 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with Fair Work Australia.
